A coffee truck in Atlanta would be a huge hit! I'm getting crushed in Vermont and we only have 600,000 people in the state! I go to festivals, events and concerts and its a never ending line of people for hours on end. We opened last August and have been well received so far!
Go get em' Sharon! And, join the Barista Guild though the SCAA and jump in in their training - well worth it!
