In this episode of FoodTruckr School, we’re very happy to welcome Tony Fumarolo, owner of Rig-a-Tony’s, a relatively new Italian food truck that serves the community of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
As a young and new entrepreneur on the scene, Tony shares a ton of invaluable information about his recent start, including some of the road blocks that food truck owners go through when getting started, and several tips about what’s been working well for him lately too.
As most of us know, a lot of the U.S. has seen one of the worst winters in recent years, and Tony shares how that has affected his business, and what he’s done to stay afloat.
This was one of my favorite interviews to date, and I’m sure you’ll feel the same.
