Breakfast Food Truck Items That Will Turn You Into A Morning Person

There are morning people, and then there are … well, non-morning people.

With that in mind, there are things that help people manage the pains of waking up early in the morning, such as a nice cup of coffee (pumpkin spice latte, anyone?), or an amazing breakfast meal, and that’s what this article is all about.

We are about to unleash some breakfast food truck items, if you will, that will make you become a morning person. If you live near one of these trucks, then make sure to order one of these breakfast meals ASAP. If you don’t, then make sure to book a trip and then venture to one of these trucks. Your morning mood will get a serious boost — trust us.

The Rooster Truck — Los Angeles

The Rooster Truck is all about its breakfast food. In fact, here’s the truck’s slogan: “Making Breakfast Dope Again.” Picking just one item from this truck was not an easy feat, but for the purposes of this article, we are going with the Rico Suave.

Here’s what’s in it: “Breakfast Burrito with Egg, Bacon, Tater Tots, Avocado, Cheddar & Cotija Cheese Blend, Molcajete Salsa, Cilantro Crema in a Flours Tortilla.”

Make sure to check out The Rooster Truck’s Instagram page to get a little preview of the Rico Suave.

Now that your mouth is likely watering up, let’s move on to the next breakfast food truck item.

Fried Egg I’m In Love — Portland

Two things: (1) Fried Egg I’m In Love is actually a food cart, but we’re still going to count it — because it is too good not to mention. (2) You’re going to be in love every single day you eat at this place.

Just like with The Rooster Truck, it was tough to narrow the menu down to one meal, so before we unleash the breakfast food item that will literally make you a morning person, we encourage you to eat at this food cart multiple times.

According to friedegglove.com, this is what every sandwich is flooding with (other than deliciousness, of course):

“All of our SANDWICHES are served on toasted sourdough bread from Portland French Bakery. EGGS are sourced from local farms, cooked over-medium, and sprinkled with our special spice blend called MAGIC EGG DUST.”

Without further ado, the Yolko Ono is a must-have. Here’s what you will find inside of this sourdough sandwich heaven: “Our signature dish. Fried egg, homemade pesto, parmesan, and a hand-pressed house sausage patty.”

Of course, you’re going to want to try everything else this food cart has to offer.

The Breakfast Food Truck — North Carolina

With a name like that, The Breakfast Food Truck had to make an appearance at some point, right?

Just like the two food trucks/carts before it, The Breakfast Food Truck has so many breakfast items that you need to try at some point; however, we couldn’t help but notice the Breakfast Bowl. Why? Just take a look at this gem from the truck’s Instagram page.

This delicious item features, according to thebreakfastfoodtruck.com, “Your choice of Home-fries or Grits, Three Eggs, Meat, and Cheese.”

Hungry yet?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the food truck industry is flooding with amazing items in the breakfast department, as you can see from above. While we wish we could have featured every breakfast food truck out there, we at least hope you can try out one of the above food trucks at some point. If not, just know this: The food truck industry is booming, and there are plenty of great food trucks that are likely lurking around in your area.

Happy eating, foodies!
