If you could accomplish one thing this summer in the food truck industry, what would it be?
Perhaps you prefer to make many small goals. Whatever the case might be, what are your food truck goals for this summer?
We encourage mobile kitchen owners to make goals that are actually going to fulfill them and ones that will lead to success. Don’t just make goals to make them.
Maybe you want to enter your first catering gig this summer, or venture to your 100th food truck event. Maybe there is a certain mark you want to hit in the sales department. Perhaps you want to make enough money to open up another food truck, or even a sit-down restaurant.
Whatever the case might be, we encourage food truck owners to do three things with their goals.
1.) Make goals that are realistic yet challenging and goals that are measurable.
2.) Set deadlines for these goals so they don’t turn into dreams and float away.
3.) Incorporate your goals into your schedule so you’re not only forced to look at them every day/week but also so you’re always working toward them.
Looking to take your food truck business to the next level? If so, then The Food Truck Growth Kit has your name written all over it!
