We’re going to pose a question to food truck owners, a question we encourage you to ponder before answering: What one thing would make your business better?

Everyone has something they want to work on, whether it be increasing sales, delegating work, figuring out ways to branch out or whatever it might be.

If you could change something about your food truck business, or add one ingredient to it, what would it be? What would make it better?

Perhaps your customer service isn’t where you want it to be. Maybe you just need a lucky break in the form of landing a food truck event or a high-profile catering gig. Maybe a change of scenery (in other words, better locations) would go a long way for your business.

This ingredient doesn’t necessarily have to be a weakness you enhance or fix. Maybe improving on one of your strengths would give you the ingredient you need to improve your business. Not to mention, your business might be bursting at the seams, and an expansion might need to take place for you to take the next step in your food truck career.
