We all burn out from time to time, and that’s especially the case for people who are logging 40-plus hours a week (sound familiar, food truck owners?).

We think we can work nonstop, that we never have to take the foot off the gas pedal since we’re working in a field we’re passionate about. Unfortunately, the mind is not a machine.
