Are you like that, or do you actually keep your goals to your heart year-round? Are you actually looking at them every day, and taking action?
Don’t just go through the motions — make your goals come true by actually including them in your plan/schedule.

1. How Are You Forming Your Goals?
In other words, what’s your process?
