Food Trucks: 2 Ways To Ensure Success This Week

Get Your Mind Right: Getting your mind right means having a positive mindset, and preparing your mind for the week ahead. Of course, that’s not always the easiest feat when you have a super busy week on the horizon. It is achievable, though, and you can get your mind right by taking it easy on Sunday night, going on a long walk, getting some quality family time in, brainstorming your plan of attack, etc.

Getting your mind right is even more achievable when you have a healthy work-life balance, and you can do that by mixing in some things you love to do throughout the day, such as going to the gym, reading, going on a walk, going to the movies and things of that nature. Of course, you’re a very busy food truck owner, so going to the movies during the middle of the workweek likely isn’t the best route, but you could still take a 15-minute walk during lunch, and incorporate downtime in some fashion later in the day.

It could be anything, really, and it just depends on what you have and haven’t done.

For example, you could start selling some of your food in bulk, go to a food truck conference and/or event, set up a catering gig, create a Twitter account, add a daily special to your menu or whatever it might be.
