In today’s podcast, I wanted to re-highlight some of the those insights for you.

If you’re thinking of starting a food truck of your own, or you’re relatively new to the industry, this will serve as a way to prepare you for the road ahead. By hearing what others wish they knew before they started, you’ll be better equipped in your truck and be more successful moving forward.

If you’ve been in this industry for a while, I’m sure you’ll nod your head in agreement as you will have experienced one, or even all of these things in the past with your own truck.
